So day one done & dusted easy as pie, even turned down a meatball which I would never normal do.
Breakfast i had a two egg omlette with a loverly bit of cucumber mmmmmmmm haha.
Dinner I had Chicken breast (cooked in the oven with herbs)& loads of mixed veg with two scoops of nautral yogart.
Also to make the weightloss go a bit better I did 100 situps & some weights to the Locked up in Life! demo..
day 2 is gonna be pretty much the same but something for lunch.
