listening to ALICE COOPERS from the inside album.. i've loved this album since i was a kid & thats a long time haha, speaking of age.. I think i'm going senile.
Today I went to go on the six ft ditch myspace page for the first time in I don't even know how long & I can't even remember the password.. I tried to get them to send the password to my email,m but the email box was empty.
& then I forgot my msn login so I had to make a new one.
Done housework today, & heard the new danny diablo album.. & on that note I shall say I was lost for words haha, I still lve him though.. gotta love Ezac.

So after the first week, my diet started to slip.. I think I love nice food to much. but I still lost 5 KG in 2 weeks, without even trying really.

JOY DIVISON +- (10 Vinyl Box Set) singles
A new limited-edition box set collecting 10 newly remastered 7-inch singles by the classic postpunk act.
Dubbed +- (plus minus), the set will be released Dec. 6 and features 21 songs spread over 10 45s, collected “in a beautiful clamshell box” designed by Factory Records co-founder Peter Saville. The music itself is newly remastered from the original tapes by drummer Stephen Morris and Frank Arkwright of Metropolis Studios; anyone who buys the vinyl also will receive “all the tracks in hi quality MP3 format.”
Journalist Jon Savage selected the tracks, and given the fact that Joy Division only released a handful of singles — including non-album favorites “Love Will Tear Us Apart” and “Atmosphere” — during its short career, some of these “have been created specifically for this release” using previously released songs (see full tracklist below).
The box sets are limited to 5,000 copies, and are individually numbered. Furthermore, the first 500 are being sold as “super deluxe” versions, each featuring a limited edition Saville “art piece” and two CDs containing all of the tracks featured on the 7-inches.

Passing me by.
Over the years there are many albums that I always mean to listen to, ones that I have known about & seen over the years, but never get round to actually listening to them. But today I thought it was finally time to hear Poison Idea - feel the darkness. It didn't dissapoint, really enjoyed it.. I need to hear more.
Some stuff you just have to keep back or you have nothing to look forward to later in life.

Lyrics.
People over the years have asked me about what some songs lyrics are what i have written, So I was thinking maybe do a blog with all the lyrics I have done (well most of them). All the Ditch stuff, the few songs written with A*M*B*U*S*H, negative Vibez & also guest songs I have written for other bands like Ratface & Nasty.

Smoking could “virtually disappear” in Britain within half a century, according to research by Citigroup.
With quitting smoking on top of many a list of new year's resolutions, the broker has considered what a decline in smoking means for the tobacco industry.
The habit has been on the wane since the 1960s, when just over half of adults in Britain smoked. With people becoming more conscious of the health risks associated with smoking and the introduction of the smoking ban in 2007, that figure had dropped to a fifth by 2008.
“The percentage of smokers is declining across the developed world, and the declines are more or less in a straight line in most markets,” said analysts.
“If these trends continue, then by 2050, many important tobacco markets will have gone to zero smoking.”
But Citigroup stressed that these were “extremely long-term” trends and did not justify any action as yet, adding that pricing increases will continue to drive profit growth for tobacco companies until about 2020.

US congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords is in a critical condition after being shot in the head while a nine-year-old girl and at least two others have been killed after an assailant opened fire as the Democrat was meeting constituents in Arizona, congressional officials said.
The officials said one of the victims, an aide to Ms Giffords, died soon after the attack and others injured in the attack were taken to a nearby hospital. A US Marshal confirmed that district Judge John Roll also died.
One official added the attack was carried out with an automatic weapon. US Capitol police say the gunman, who has been identified as Jared Laughner, is in custody.
The FBI and local law enforcement officials are investigating the attack, which took place while Ms Giffords was greeting constituents outside a shop in Tucson.

Dead birds falling from the sky in Sweden.
I thought this was well weird when I saw it on the news, what with the cold weather & now dead birds falling from the sky,I thought it had all gone a bit THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW.
But now the dead birds have been explained.
Investigators in Sweden are trying to find out what caused the death of around 50 birds found in a street in the city of Falkoping.
Fireworks had been set off near the scene earlier, said vet Robert ter Horst.
Cold weather, difficulties finding food and possible shock from the fireworks could be responsible, leading to the birds dying from the stress or being run over by vehicles.
Five of the dead jackdaws were being tested.
Mass bird deaths are not uncommon.
In the US, New Year's Eve fireworks were blamed in Arkansas for the deaths of thousands of blackbirds, and a few days later power lines were blamed for killing about 450 birds in Louisiana.
hmmmmmmmmmmm I don't know if I belive all that, sounds like a cover up to me.

Royal wedding details revealed.
Prince William and fiancee Kate Middleton have revealed eagerly-awaited details of their forthcoming wedding.
The pair will have the eyes of the world on them on Friday April 29 when they tie the knot at Westminster Abbey and St James's Palace has now released a series of details about the day, which has been designated an official public holiday.
Information released included the route by which the bride will travel to the Abbey and confirmation that Archbishop of Canterbury Rowan Williams will marry the couple.
Miss Middleton will travel by car to the Abbey along a route including The Mall, Horse Guards Parade, Whitehall and Parliament Square. A royal spokesman could not confirm that the bride would depart for the 11am ceremony from Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, St James's Palace or a private address.
Dean of Westminster the Very Rev Dr John Hall will conduct the service. The Archbishop of Canterbury will marry Prince William and Miss Middleton and the Bishop of London, the Rt Rev Richard Chartres, will give the address.
The newly-weds will return to Buckingham Palace in a carriage procession along a route including Parliament Square, Whitehall, Horse Guards Parade and The Mall, St James's Palace said.
Once inside the Palace, the Queen will hold a reception for the couple and guests drawn from the congregation representing the couple's official and private lives. The Prince of Wales will give a private dinner, followed by dancing, at Buckingham Palace in the evening for the couple and their close friends and family.
The pair announced their engagement in November nine years after meeting as students at St Andrews University and their wedding is expected to draw a huge worldwide audience.
Britain will enjoy a bank holiday bonanza as millions get an extra day off to celebrate. With Easter falling the weekend before, and May Day holiday on the following Monday, it means many people will enjoy two four-day weekends in a row.
The couple were said to be "completely over the moon" after getting the spring wedding they wanted in a venue they chose for its "staggering beauty" and 1,000-year royal history. They are also keen on making the day a national celebration and a concert in Hyde Park to mark the occasion has been proposed.

DIET DAY 1
So after christmas & eating a bit too much, I thought it was time to go on a diet before I turn back into a creature of days of old.
So day one done & dusted easy as pie, even turned down a meatball which I would never normal do.
Breakfast i had a two egg omlette with a loverly bit of cucumber mmmmmmmm haha.
Dinner I had Chicken breast (cooked in the oven with herbs)& loads of mixed veg with two scoops of nautral yogart.
Also to make the weightloss go a bit better I did 100 situps & some weights to the Locked up in Life! demo..
day 2 is gonna be pretty much the same but something for lunch.

I'm pleased how it came out & maybe it sounds a lil different from the other cd's but Like I said 4 years had passed since Voices from an evil god.
We got some good guest spots on there STIKMAN from Fury of five, Matthi from Nasty & Ferg from FV.
Also its out on iTUNES now.
